shipping is once a week via USPS priority. this includes tracking and insurance.
once the package has been sent, we are no longer responsible for what happens with it. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact the USPS.
we only have access to the tracking number provided by USPS.
if your item is:
- lost
- stolen
- broken
- marked as delivered but missing
- delayed in the mail
- not showing tracking progress
- any other shipping variation
