shop policies:
you are purchasing a handmade one of a kind item. each piece is completely unique and made with care. You may expect the following
slight variations in size and color. dimensions are listed on descriptions of items, but may vary slightly between 1/4 or 1/2 inch.
slight variations in firing. each piece will have different speckling and marks due to production.
all sales are final as a small production, one woman business I am unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.
I am happy to answer any and all questions before purchasing, but once the item has been purchased, I won't be able to take returns or exchanges.
shipping policies
shipping is once a week via USPS priority. this includes tracking and insurance.
once the package has been sent, we are no longer responsible for what happens with it. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact the USPS.
we only have access to the tracking number provided by USPS.
if your item is:
- lost
- stolen
- broken
- marked as delivered but missing
- delayed in the mail
- not showing tracking progress
- any other shipping variation
payment
checkout is handled securely by stripe.
credit card information is not viewed or stored.
california sales tax is charged on all items shipping within california
